Terms and Conditions

All customers are required to collect their packages within 5 days of being notified that items are ready for pickup or delivery. Packages not collected within this timeframe will incur storage fees as follows: $100 per day for items under 20 lbs and $300 per day for items over 20 lbs, calculated from the 6th day onward. Storage fees must be paid in full before any package is released.

LWS Logistics JA is not responsible for delays caused by late collection, incorrect addresses, missing customer codes, or incomplete documentation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate invoices and paying all applicable duties, taxes, and fees as required by Jamaica Customs. Packages may be opened by Customs for inspection, and LWS Logistics JA is not liable for damages resulting from such inspections or from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters or carrier delays.

Failure to collect packages within a reasonable time may result in further action, including return or disposal, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

By signing in and using the LWS Logistics JA customer portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions, including shipping policies, customs requirements, storage fees, and collection timelines. You acknowledge responsibility for providing accurate information, timely package collection, and payment of all applicable duties, taxes, and fees. LWS Logistics JA is not liable for delays, inspections, or damages beyond its control.
